Our septic was backing up and we didn't know what to do. The next availability was the next day. Derek came out pretty early on in the day and pumped out the tank in a timely manner. He answered all of my questions and also made suggestions to possibly help our drainage field recover and start working the way it should. It was over all a very pleasant experience all things considered. The only thing that would have been really great is if they offered a military discount, but the price was reasonable, service was prompt, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable!

Derrick was very professional and knowledgeable about telling us to treat our septic to last us up to 3 to 5 years. We thank him for his honesty as just 3 years ago we had our tank pumped and they only took out the liquid NOT the solid waste!
